Current through 12/31/10           $1,080 per team
 
From 1/1/11 through 7/31/11     $1,200 per team
 
From 8/1/11 through 10/8/11     $1,320 per team

Please note that each local team (i.e. teams with three or more participants who reside within 50 miles of any portion of the course) must provide three volunteers or pay a volunteer waiver fee of $50 per volunteer that they don't provide.
